2008 MBBA Scholarship Award Winner! (Posted: 6/2/2008) |
Congratulations to Charlie Dorn, recipient of this year's MBBA scholarship award, given to a Minnetonka High School graduating senior attending a post-secondary educational institution beginning in the fall of 2009 who has participated in the Minnetonka Boys Basketball Association (MBBA) as a player, referee, manager, gym supervisor, or coach at any time. Charlie's involvement with the MBBA, including coaching at our 5th grade level the past 3 season, has contributed greatly to the success of the organization as well as to his growth as a student and a leader.

Addition of 4th grade program! (Posted: 7/9/2007) |
The Minnetonka Boys Basketball Association (MBBA) has approved the addition of 4th grade to the 2007-2008 program! Tryout registration will start late August via this website. We will be adding 2 teams at a minimum with the option for a 3rd team based on interest/skill level and the availability of metro-area 4th grade tournaments. Practices will be twice a week starting in late October; 7 regular season weekend tournaments are planned, including the Minnetonka Holiday Tournament in December, as will one state tournament to wrap up the season in March. Watch for more details as the summer progresses.
